IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Effective December 1, 2006, Flowserve Corporation, Fluid Sealing Division, has acquired the mechanical seal related assets of Jemco Seal Corporation and has launched a Flowserve Quick Response Center (QRC) to support the Rocky Mountain District customers. Flowserve’s QRC will be located in the former Jemco Seal facility at 3001 Industrial Lane, #1, Broomfield, CO 80020.

What does this mean to our valued Customers:

1. The same level of service, support, and response that you have always come to expect from Jemco Seal and Flowserve Seal Division.
2. The same local people to service you and take care of  your needs.
3. Continuation of local seal repair and repair parts inventory.
4. Continuation of repair of all brands of seals.
5. A larger company that brings more resources and expertise to an increasingly complex business and the same great Flowserve products.

Please note that there are a small number of non-mechanical seal products that Flowserve will not be selling, such as Teflon seals, gaskets,  expanded PTFE sealing products, and braided  packing. These products will now be stocked and serviced by Eclipse Engineering, Inc, a company in the same building and with common ownership with Jemco Seal Corporation.
